How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and mail your order. Tracking will be sent once it's been processed which will have an estimate arrival date. We cannot guarantee an item will be delivered by a specific date.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review item descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it. After that time, we’re unable to guarantee cancellation.

Items Not as Described:
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, email us at info@spunkysupply.com with your order number and clear photos within 3 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Do you offer wholesale?

Spunky Supply does not offer traditional wholesale. However, we occasionally release boxes with multiple pieces at a discounted price. To catch these drops, follow us on TikTok (@spunkysupply) and stay tuned for updates. We also host sales during WhatNot shows (@spunkysupply), where we run unlisted items starting at $3.

Do you buy clothing?

We frequently purchase items in bulk and are an ideal solution for storage unit buyers and estate liquidators. We buy a minimum of 20 pieces per client.

I really want an item but cannot purchase right now, will you hold it for me?

Accepted Answer

Items $25 or more can be held for up to 60 days with a $10  deposit. To place a deposit, search for “Deposit for Holds” and make your payment. Be sure to include a note specifying which item you’d like held. When you are ready to purchase please email info@spunkysupply.com, or send us a message on the contact page.
